Who are Wicked OWL?
Wicked OWL is the training partnership of Beth Rudolf and Ian Bell.
As well as being one of the founders of Wicked OWL, Ian Bell runs Phase Four Solutions; a Management & Training Consultancy set up in 2003 to provide training and development that makes a real difference to organisations and the people who work in them.
Ian has a strong reputation for doing things that are stimulating, captivating, enjoyable, relevant, and most importantly for doing things that really work long after the training has been completed. Through word of mouth alone, his clientele includes some of the leading organisations in their sectors (Banking, Real Estate, Insurance, Loss Adjusting, Law, Nursing, Engineering, Financial Services, Technology, etc), including a Conveyancing Association member firm.
As well as being a tutor with the IFS University College, Ian has delivered countless live training events across the globe and his eLearning has been used to train people in 38 languages in 55 countries.
Bethany de Montjoie Rudolf FILEx, SocLC, OA Diploma (Psychology) is a leading commentator on the ever-shifting world of property and finance.
Starting out as an estate agent, she quickly rose to become a qualified lawyer, specialising in the development of efficient systems and inspirational training for professional conveyancers, DEAs and sales progressors. In recent years, Beth has been CEO of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers, Managing Director for a top 20 conveyancing law firm and Director of Delivery for the Conveyancing Association (the trade association for ‘serious’ conveyancers who undertake approx. 20% of all transactions in England and Wales).
Beth’s first estate agent training course was delivered in 1991 and she has been training and writing legal training programmes ever since. Beth has been a CLC accredited trainer, tutoring the CLC qualifications, was a part time tutor at Swindon College for the Ilex Part 2 Conveyancing qualifications, as well as creating training accredited by the SRA and creating accredited CPD courses for DEAs.
Now a sought after consultant and trainer, she juggles motherhood and career with regular requests to communicate her knowledge in print and on radio and television.
Always entertaining and sometimes irreverent, Beth nevertheless knows her subject thoroughly and has advised thousands of people via regular slots on BBC and commercial radio – earning herself the ultimate accolade of being dubbed the Money Bunny by a BBC presenter who should have known better.
